I’m a 17-year-old photographer, filmmaker, and writer at the Chicago Academy For the Arts. I’m working on building my portfolio of media work.

Born and raised in Istanbul, Turkey. Currently based in Chicago. I’m always working on new projects in the city, trying to expand my knowledge and improve in this medium.

My Prominent Projects

Last Night of the World — Short Film (November 2023) - Director, DOP, Camera, Screenplay, Editor, & Colorist

This was my first short narrative film, in which I adapted the story from Ray Bradbury’s “The Last Night of the World” and brought it to life in film. The story follows a Husband and Wife discussing the world ending that night.

Parallels — Short Film (March 2023) - Director & Editor

In this film, I took old digitized family footage and combined it with present-day filming in California and Chicago to create a montage of memory and music.

Awards: Best Editing, Juror’s Choice, and Audience’s Choice. (Carino Festival de Cine)
